Okta is an innovative and forward thinking research, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and web design consultancy. The company, based in the west of Scotland, was established in 2004 and offers a wide variety of specialist skills and expertise in designing and implementing research, GIS and Web solutions.
The world has seen massive economic, social and environmental changes over the 20th century, particularly over the last decade or so.
