Neil Ferguson BSc - Director
Neil currently works in the public sector in policy & strategy and has previous experience working for a number of local authorities in the Housing and Planning field, as well as for a private sector research company. He has direct experience of developing strategy, carrying out and managing research projects, has a track record of working in partnership with stakeholders, and manages the use of GIS for his current employer. He is joint lead officer for the corporate GIS Working Group, represents the council at the national COSLA Network Group, and chairs the Housing and Young Persons Task Group.
Neil has an Honours Degree in Estate Management and is currently studying for an MPhil in Housing & Urban Practice at the University of Glasgow, and is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Craig Glover BA - Director
Craig currently works in a policy and strategy development role in local government, and has experience working in the private sector for a multinational technology organisation. He is an experienced researcher and is skilled in the use of GIS and SPSS. Craig is joint lead officer for his Council's GIS Working Group and represents the Council at the national COSLA GIS Network Group.
Craig has an Honours degree in Politics and Social Policy, is currently studying for an MPhil in Urban Policy and Practice at the University of Glasgow and is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and full member of the Local Authorities Research and Intelligence Association.

Paul Manson BSc - Director
Paul currently works in the private sector for a large manufacturing organisation. His role involves new product introduction and is primarily concerned with product evaluation. Within this area he is heavily focused on the analysis and improvement of processes used in the evaluation department. He maintains a strong link with software development through creating tools that assist his department, these range from database implementation to automated testing suites.
His previous experience includes working within the oil and gas industry,where he specialised in the research and development of offshore engineering solutions.
Summary of main qualifications/skills:
- BSc (Hons) Computer Science - University of Aberdeen
- Experienced in implementing solutions using Visual Basic and its derivative languages
